From a box of receipts to peace of mind.
Six steps from first message to a business that files on time every month.
Six steps, in order
1Tell us the size of the business
Annual turnover and monthly transactions. That is enough to place you in a band. Use the band finder on the packages page or send it straight to the desk on WhatsApp or through the quote form.
2Receive a written scope and fixed fee
We confirm the band and recommend Ledger or Profit. The scope lists what is included; the fee is one monthly amount. Anything outside the scope is quoted separately before any work starts.
3Sign the engagement and hand over
Bank statements, the last filed returns and access to your revenue-authority profile. Paper receipts are fine - we will scan and file them.
4Software set up, backlog cleared
On Ledger and Profit we set up free accounting software and train whoever captures invoices. Outstanding months are brought current and late filings are regularised.
5The monthly cycle begins
Books reconciled, returns filed to the calendar. Profit clients get a monthly review of cashflow, budget and variances.
6Year end, closed properly
Annual financial statements, the company tax return, annual returns to the registry and a current tax clearance - ready before anyone asks for them.

What we will ask you for
Have these ready and onboarding moves in days, not weeks.
1Bank statements
Every business account, for the months we are taking over, and read access going forward if your bank supports it.
2Last filed returns
VAT, income tax and provisional tax returns and the latest assessments, so we start from what the revenue authority already has.
3Company documents
Registration certificate, directors and shareholders, and the last annual return lodged with the registry.
4Invoices and receipts
Sales invoices, supplier bills and receipts for the months we are taking over - paper or digital, in any order.

Start with one message.
Tell the desk your turnover and monthly transactions. You get a band, a package and a fee back within one business day.
