Bookkeepers, this is your team.

Olorato employs bookkeepers across Botswana. Join us, and put your expertise to work.

Why Olorato

The hard part of business, taken off you

You trained to keep books, not to chase clients, set prices and run an office. As an Olorato bookkeeper, Olorato does that part. You do the work you are good at - and get paid for it.

Clients brought to you

We market Olorato and win the clients. You are assigned to the work.

A brand people trust

Work under the Olorato name, with a reputation clients already know.

Fixed packages, no haggling

Pricing is set by Olorato. You never have to negotiate a fee.

Software and systems

Accounting software, templates and the filing calendar, ready to use.

Bookkeepers around you

Reviews, second opinions and support from fellow Olorato bookkeepers.

Work from anywhere

Gaborone, Francistown, Maun or a village - the work comes to you.

Our goal

1,000 Batswana bookkeepers, at work.

Botswana is full of qualified bookkeepers and accounting professionals with the skill and nowhere to use it. Olorato exists to change that - one network, serving businesses across the country.

Who we are looking for

Bookkeepers with skill and heart

Qualified in bookkeeping or accounting

A diploma, degree or professional qualification - or well on the way to one.

Hands-on with the basics

Capturing, reconciling, VAT and BURS returns are familiar ground.

Comfortable with software

You can work in accounting software, or learn it quickly with our training.

Between jobs, freelancing or ready for more

Unemployed, underemployed or working alone - you are welcome here.

Careful with other people's money

Clients trust us with their books. Integrity is not optional.

Based in Botswana

Anywhere in the country, as long as you can work online.
